Sooo, I'm finally updating again. YAY! It's just been kinda crazy since school's got out. And poor Zaynah has to come back and go to summer school - she's crazy. But I'm working so updates won't be as quick as I want (or you want probably). Sorry! But I gotta pay for stuff during school somehow. Anyway, not much too new on the comic front other than I'm going to update the layout soon and then update the gallery as well. YAY!! :) heh
Also - THE NEW TRAILER IS OUT! AHHHH! GO WATCCHHHHHHHHHH HERE!!!!!!!!!! It looks goood. MWAHAHAHA. Too bad Zaynah and I can't go see it together. Damn. T_T Oh well, I can bet anything we'll both see it on opening night and call each other and meticuliously pick out what was good and complain about parts they left out. AHHH! And HBP comes out June 16th. Remind me to take that day off! XD lol *bounces* HARRRY POOTTERRRR!!!

YAY! Okay so it's not an update day but I just felt like making an entry. I've been back from Bangladesh for two weeks now and school's started back up. >_< Not very exciting. Anywho, poor Sarah's been sick, Eid was this past weekend, so neither of us have had much time time to work on Arrows. But we'll be back on track soon enough! As you all know Zaynah is currently in Bangaldesh, and if you follow the news you will most likely have heard of the huge tsunami in the Indian Ocean - which resulted in a catesrophic amount of deaths. Unfortunatly part of the tsunami hit Bangaldesh . . . Only one more stinkin exam left!!! Which happens to be on Tuesday which happens to be only two days before my flight!!! BTW Sarah, I'm gonna be gone only two weeks. (I *wish* it were four weeks!) Anyways, I figured I'd write a quick lil note in here because between now and until I come back, I most likely won't have time to add anything. Before leaving, I've got to STUDY for bio until my brains melt out of my ears and to the floor. I MUST get an A! My GPA counts on it...hmm...I think I'm begining to see why some of my friends who read the latest page said I remind them of Kaia...Anywho, have a wonderful winter break everyone!
And just as a side note, Sunday Sarah and I are actually (hopefully) going to get to hang out after so many months! WHOO! Come see my dorm Sarah!Current Mood:  complacent |

*dances* OHHH! I'm soooo excited! I'm going home you guys!! XD *dances* AHHH! Unfortunatly that means less joy for you Arrows fans (the small amount of you that there are). ^_^; I can't do much on the family computer at home. . . blech. So while I should have been in bed HOURS ago so I can wake up early in the morning to study for my Arabic exam (which happens to be at 7pm), instead I felt the sudden urge to work on the script. And once I got started writing, more ideas came to me and I'm now up to the 15th page! I've even just created a new character! I love writing because as you write, you come up with so much more new material than you first intended and while writing it, I sort of play out the actions in my head like a mini-movie. It's fun. But now, off to bed if I'm to pass my exam. If I can get to sleep with someone knocking on one of my hallmate's door at one in the morning...

Hello my darlings. :) I have not been so diligent of drawing as I should have been. ^_^; I only have this week and next weeks comic done. @_@ Yes I will finish a lot next week during procrastinating. It's my goal to only do that to procrastinate. ^_^; We'll see how that goes though. I do have some goodies for you though. However for a time I'm pretty sure they will only be avaliable if you VOTE for us on BuzzComix. ^_^; Hehe. I'm so evil. *snickers* ANYWAY, I still have to scan in these little goodies but have no fear I shall figure out my scanning situation soon. :) Until tomorrow!! :)

YAY! I figured out what was wrong with our site! YAY! The code for half the page was mysteriously deleted from the index template. YAY! :) lol Hope you guys enjoy the updates. Sorry for being down so long. lol I'm gonna make a back up CD of all Arrows files to take with me back home so when I go home for the holidays I'll be safe if anything fucks up. ^_^; I'll miss my pooter. *pets* It's times like this I wish I had a laptop. So it's another Friday update. Sorry it doesn't move you further in the story. Just introducing some characters really. ^_^; Thought that was kinda important. Anyway, I've been lazy and haven't worked on much of Chapter One this weekend. I'll do that after I write my Japanese speech. >_O Ouch. Blah. Well I hope you like the new comic. :) Crap. Gotta get to math class. TGIF, ne?

It's finally Eid today!!! Whoo! I am SO tired from all the fun but it's been great. Now time to do homework before classes tomorrow. Arg. AND I haven't really studied much. >_< Back to reality now. As soon as all the tests are over though, I'll work on the script for sure.

I completed chapter one. YAY! ALL of the pages. All five. *dances* Chapter two and three's cover is done. I feel very accomplished. Of course that could be for the fact that I got up at six this morning and when to a defensive driving class an hour plus away from campus. I had to borrow my boyfriends car. >_O OHH! It was painful. It started at nine and went until six. EIGHT GRUMSOME HOURS!! T_T Although I did visit a Hancock Fabrics!! X3 INSPIRATION! lol It was practically next door so on my hour lunch break I popped in. ANYWAY I shall start on chapter two. Check the gallery!!

Sooo, how's the second page? I think Sarah did an awesome job (as usual!) I love Aphrodite and Hera's dresses. Pretty! Well, I can't say much more except that I'm home right now and about to clean the entire house top to bottom for this weekend cause it's Eid! WHOO! Of course, right after, I'm gonna die with all the tests and quizzes that are lined up for the beginning of the upcoming week. >_< Funstuff. Until next Friday then!

I have an Arabic quiz tonight, Bio Lab quiz tomorrow, Psych exam Monday, and Bio exam Tuesday as well as other homework in between BUT I just typed up 2 1/2 more pages of the script! Go me for putting off schoolwork to do the comic! Lol. It's a stress reliever for sure though. But now...it's time to tackle the books and get my hand cramped by making a million flashcards. They're a pain in the butt to do, however, they DO help majorly. Luckily Sarah's given me a longer deadline to finish the Part 01 script. Thanks Sarah! Luv ya!

OMG! I hate this Keenspace layout stuff. Being a div layer junkie that's what I use - div layers. But GEEZZZ!! It's all guessing on this stuff. It looks perfectly fine when I'm putting it all together on my computer. . . and then as soon as I upload it. BOOM! Everything's wacky, comics and text is in places it really shouldn't be, etc. etc. >_O Annoying I'm telling you!!! Anyway there is a new layout. Hopefully it works right. It takes forever to load for some damn reason. Maybe it's just my computer. . . .ARGH! *pulls on hair*

Alright! Our first page update!!! I'm very very excited! Hope you all like it. Isn't Sarah a creative artist??? Heh. ^_~ And I saw the new icons...they are so cute. And just to clarify, Ramadan lasts for one more week and then next weekend is Eid. Whoo! The timing changes every year because we go by the lunar calendar.
Anyways, I gotta go shower and then take a nap before the Fast-A-Thon Hunger Awareness Banquet. I'm a server so I mustn't fall into the food. >_< That would be baaaad.

Soooo, I've done quite a bit of things recently. I made a banner (still can't figure out how that works on Keenspace), finished the second part of the prolouge, sketched the third page, I'm gonna begin the cover for the first chapter later today or tomorrow, I updated the actual index of Arrows, and a made more icons for here. :) I'm curious . . . I think Ramadan was later last year and Eid was closer to Christmas . . . . or maybe there is another Eid celebration closer to Christmas. Cause Eid's next week right? @_@ *confused*
Anyway, I honestly don't know HOW much I'll get done tonight because I'm going over to Matt's and spending the night. I'm just hoping my POL 130 class will be cancelled again - that'd be TOOO cool. *sips hot chocolate* I love On-The-Go campus dining. XD Later kiddies!!! BTW: I'm loving the bears - I'm guessing Zaynah did that. XD

UGH! I'm so tired - my legs are killing me. I didn't get to take my nap today (T_T) because I was studying for my HIST240. WOOO! XD lol I guess it could have been worse. I totally spaced on Korea though. GAH! lol And my POL 130 prof. cancelled class as soon as we got there. . . . TOTALLY awesome - too bad the bitch of a bus driver drove right past us! But Natasha's awesome friend gave her, another guy and me a ride. WOOO! YAY for her!! ANYWAY I did some work on Arrows stuff. I made a banner (which I'm still having trouble editing on Keenspace's user page) and am almost done with the second page of the prolouge. I have a sketch of the third page too so hopefully I'll get those pumped out this weekend. :\ We'll see. Wheee. Have a good night all!
